TS2K isn't exiting from Satellite mode on exit

SatPC32 puts TS2K into Satellite mode on startup and exits Satellite mode when it exits, It does this even if Cat control is OFF

Obviously you don't need the ''; cmd, suspect that s a bug in satPC32

1. Would be nice if OscarPC32 does the same

2. A bonus would be if it detected if the VFOA and/or VFOB were in memory mode and exit them from that mode, even better if it remembered state and restored them on exit.

"If you do a FR; and you get FR2; (Memory mode) , then FR0; or FR1; will get you out of memory mode, and you can then set-up in Satellite mode. (Switching to Sat mode doesn't work if you get FR2; back from the "ctrl" receiver, and probably from the other receiver.(If that makes any sense) You can use DC00; to set to main, and DC11; to switch to sub receiver."

1. It switches to sat mode if either or both MAIN & SUB are in memory mode, thank you.
2. It only switches to sat mode if you select a satellite, satPC32 does it on EMS
3. It doesn't switch back if you close the program

Thanks for testing v0.9.6 — good to hear the memory-mode handling is working.

SAT exit on quit: You're right, and I can see why. The TS-2000 exit sequence (RX; TO0; TN39; TN39; SA0010000;) was implemented in the driver, but the application was not disconnecting the rig when you closed the window or used File → Close. That path never reached the cleanup code. I've fixed that for the next release — the rig will be disconnected (and SAT exited) before the process exits.

SAT entry on satellite select vs SatPC32 at startup: OscarWatch currently enters satellite mode when you start tracking a pass (satellite selected and above the horizon with CAT enabled). SatPC32 enters SAT when the program starts, regardless of satellite selection. That's a deliberate difference for now — I may look at an optional "enter SAT on connect" behaviour later, but I didn't want to leave the radio in SAT mode when you're only browsing passes.

Memory mode: Glad that's working on both MAIN and SUB — that was the bonus item from your original note.

Could you retest SAT exit on quit with the next build after this fix? If it still doesn't exit, a short CAT capture from close would help (whether SA0010000; is actually being sent).

exits out of sat mode, it does restore to memory mode for SUB, but not to MAIN.

Thanks for testing — good to hear SAT exit on quit is working now.

MAIN memory not restored: That matches a bug I can see in the restore order. On exit I was restoring MAIN first, then SUB (DC00; FR2; then DC11; FR2;). On the TS-2000, switching CTRL to the sub receiver after restoring main can clear main's memory selection — so SUB ends up back in memory and MAIN stays in VFO mode.

I've changed it to restore SUB first, MAIN last, then return CTRL to main with DC00;. That should be in the next build — could you retest with both MAIN and SUB in memory before tracking?

If MAIN still doesn't restore after that, a short CAT capture of the exit sequence (from SA0010000; onward) would help confirm whether DC00; FR2; is being sent for main.
