Ships as an interactive terminal UI wizard (Bubble Tea) that orchestrates a Python CLI + analysis engine to scan a repo, detect the tech stack, map existing growth features (signup, invites, sharing, billing), surface revenue leakage, and generate prioritized growth recommendations with implementation roadmaps and ready-to-paste prompts for Cursor/Claude. Targets founders and engineers at early-stage PLG products. Supports OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LM Studio, Ollama, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint as LLM backend.

• Using Python for a considerable part of their functionality. (core CLI and analysis engine — src/skene/, published on
  PyPI as skene; the TUI wrapper is a thin Go front-end that invokes the Python CLI via uvx)
• Well-known, or at least prominently used in an identifiable niche. (product-led growth tooling for indie founders / early-stage SaaS)
• Maintained.
• An application, not a library or framework. (end-user CLI + TUI wizard; no Python code required from the user)
