Fix wrong innodb_log_buffer_size suggestion

When hits > total for InnoDB Write Log efficiency or InnoDB Read buffer efficiency, display a message indicating that the metrics are not reliable. This can happen on low-usage databases or over short time periods.

This change implements the user's suggestion to avoid confusing and incorrect efficiency percentages in these cases.
