Expose recurring work items through the official MCP server

Plane docs describe recurring work items as a supported feature in the product UI:

• docs explicitly mention Project Settings, Create recurring work item, and managing them from the Recurring work items section

But the official MCP server does not appear to expose recurring-work-item operations.

Evidence:

• MCP README tool list covers projects, work items, cycles, modules, initiatives, labels, etc.
• I could not find recurring-work-item create/list/update/delete operations in that published tool list:
  • https://github.com/makeplane/plane-mcp-server/blob/main/README.md

This means an agent can manage normal work items, but still has to fall back to the GUI for recurring work items.

Please expose recurring work item operations through the official MCP server, or document the public API if this already exists.
