CI checkouts don't use `lfs: true`, so the .frz files were checked out as LFS pointers rather than real content, breaking snapshot tests. These files are small (~8.6 MB total) so LFS is unnecessary. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

there were no existing viv or fname files currently tracked by git lfs. so i removed those.
and converted the frz files to raw binaries files for consistency.
