Investigate CI issue

and the issue was popped after the fix manticoresoftware/manticoresearch@77f82de prior to that error was silently ignored - now it got prints but the error message is empty

the issue with failed Github CI in this repo should be fixed at #160 1e3cb2e

however the case then knn library loaded but the embedding library is missed still exists and got reported as described at #159

has issues fixed

the main issue that embeding library in CI was ignored while it was built at one stage and passed into next stages so ubertests have some failed cases while I enabled the use of the embeding library

That is why it could be better to reorganize repo ownership and always demand MCL libraries and fail tests if daemon or indexer could not load of any MCL library.
