[MAPSNAT-3675] Update gulrak/filesystem to the latest master

Previously we used version v1.5.14.
It's quite an old version and it does not include this bugfix gulrak/filesystem#177 that fixes the bug that might lead to file descriptor leak.
Unfortunately, gulrak/filesystem has not had any releases for 3 years (since v1.5.14), so the only option left is to update to some specific commit.
