Custom layer globe example in ios (#4098)

Exposes some new Projection APIs to help with calculations,
latLndToMercatorXY, worldSize, getLatitudeScale, and
metersPerPixel
Updates `Custom Render Layer` example to render primitives on
globe, ported from mapbox/mapbox-sdk#3860.
