Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the GitHub Actions workflow to test Node versions using the new supported syntax and expands the testing matrix by adding a new Ubuntu ARM runner.
- Update Node version from ['18.x', '20.x', '22.x'] to ['18.x', '20.x', 'lts/*'].
- Add ubuntu-24.04-arm to the operating systems list.
