Remove dead mapmap.info links, update contact email, add GitHub link to footer

- Replace dead download.mapmap.info links with GitHub Releases page
- Remove GStreamer mentions (no longer needed)
- Update contact email to mapmap@artpluscode.com
- Add GitHub icon to footer (external SVG file)
- Remove stale softwareVersion/downloadUrl from JSON-LD
- Add release publishing instructions to TODO.md
