This PR introduces a bounds selector map that enables users to define specific geographic areas where a task priority should be applied to the tasks within.
Key Features
Users can draw/select areas on the map interface.
Selected areas:
Automatically assign the associated task priority to all tasks within those bounds.
Are rendered as a distinct map layer, making priority regions visually identifiable.
Screenshots
Bounds Selector UI:
If areas of different priorities overlap, the higher priority will be applied.
