Add TinyTools to Tooling/SEO/AI

Adding TinyTools — a small collection of free, single-purpose browser-based web utilities for developers. Everything runs client-side; no signup or tracking, fully open source.

Tools included:

• AI Background Remover (runs locally via ONNX Runtime — no upload)
• OG Image Generator
• Favicon Generator
• Color Palette Generator
• SEO Meta Tag Generator
• AI Cost Calculator
• AI Content Disclosure Generator (EU AI Act compliant)
• AI Robots.txt Generator (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, etc.)
• Domain Name Generator

I placed the entry alphabetically in resources/t.ts between TinySeed and tl;dr Marketing, with three categories (SEO, Tooling, AI) — happy to adjust categories or trim the description if you would like.
