Scanner stops at 96%

Hi there,

I ran multiple scans with

php scanner ./website -l --only-signatures

but the scanner stops at 96% and user@ssh:/var/www/user/html is displayed next to the estimated time.

Is there anything i do wrong or could this be a bug?
