Updated `Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi` to version `9.0.6` in multiple projects, and adjusted version constraints in `Net8JwtBearerSample.csproj`. Also updated `SimpleAuthenticationTools.Abstractions` from `3.0.7` to `3.0.8` in relevant projects. Additionally, modified the `Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi` version for the `net9.0` target framework in `SimpleAuthentication.csproj`.
