Restore a backup to other systems or storage

Description

It would be a great feature if you could not only restore data on the system in use, but also add other or new systems and then restore the backup there.

Use Case

This would be useful, for example, if hardware is defective or if a server is being replaced.

I haven't needed to do this but we should test installing the same agent on the new hardware and seeing if that works , also the data can be downloaded without needing the agent at all , I would think only one agent at a time could be used per client machine so more for the case of a new system , replacement or hardware replacement

I can confirm the agent can be installed on the new server and the backup from the failed hardware restored to it

I have it in docker and local folders. So I can actually move the entire docker folder to a new server and start it up, and the database and all settings will follow. But it's based on you running docker and having local folders.
- ./bbs-data:/var/bbs

and not
- bbs-data:/var/bbs
