chore: remove legacy QuickFile agent path

Summary

• Remove the legacy .agent/quickfile.md path now that the assistant guide lives under .agents/ on current main.
• Preserve the current main changes for .agents/loop-state/, .aidevops.json, package-lock v2.0.0 metadata, and the existing .agents/quickfile.md file.
