Enhance the
systematic_skilltool by updating the output format to align with OpenCode v1.1.50 specifications, including a new skill_content wrapper and improved file discovery. Update tests to reflect these changes and ensure compatibility with the new output format. Fix issues related to non-null assertions in tests. Sort discovered files for consistent output.
