Best practices for working in isolated enviroment

Hi,

I installed marimo as uv tool: uv tool install marimo[recommended]

Usually while working on any project, I install ipykernel in venv then connect global Jupyterlab to that kernel.

Now I wonder what approach to take with marimo, without polluting marimo environment with too many packages?

Marimo has Sandbox support via uv run marimo edit --sandbox. Dependencies get inlined into the notebook .py file directly, meaning they are scoped to just the currently running notebook.
