will it be possible to keep values in column to be text instead of Guids?
May be then we search by name only in onLoad function? is it possible?

It has to be a guid so it can look the records up when it retrieves them, we could potentially enhance this to allow you to return the records by an alternative id in the future, I currently have limited time to look into this but let me have a think to what can be done here
