feat: Add new SVG components and SEO hook; update documentation
- Introduced new SVG components: InfoCircle, Profile, Search, and others for enhanced UI. - Implemented a custom hook `useSEO` for improved SEO management. - Updated documentation with a comprehensive harvest report detailing changes and archived specs. - Added CHANGELOG entry for the new GitHub Repository Showcase feature.
