Adds a dedicated GitHub Repository Showcase experience to BootstrapSpark so visitors can explore Mark Hazleton's public repositories through a curated, data-driven portfolio page.

Changes

• Added the repository showcase route and navigation entry
• Added repository data models, filtering utilities, and service-layer fallback handling
• Added repository proxy support and build-time repository data sync
• Added integration, unit, and contract coverage for the new showcase
• Included the recent build/type fix for the repository pagination element typing
