feat: add initial site structure and content
- Introduced new HTML files for various sections including adapters, adoption, consumption, contract, design, examples, governance, and more.
- Added a search index and sitemap for improved navigation and SEO.
- Included CSS and JS files for styling and functionality, including Mermaid.js for diagram rendering.
