[Chore] Migrate stories to use DataTable

Problem

Since #10766 the documentation encourages to use DataTable instead of Datagrid, but the stories still use Datagrid.

Solution

Apply the codemod to stories, to have them use DataTable instead.

How To Test

Play around with storybook a bit.
The unit and e2e tests are already covered by the CI.

Additional Checks

• The PR targets master for a bugfix or a documentation fix, or next for a feature
• The PR includes unit tests (if not possible, describe why)
• The PR includes one or several stories (if not possible, describe why)
• The documentation is up to date
