[Doc] Update storybook link when switching documentation page

Problem

Stoybook link does not update when reader switches pages in the documentation

Solution

Update the storybook link with better meta content update

How To Test

Start the documentation with make doc, then open http://127.0.0.1:4000/ListBase.html.

Change the page, the storybook link in the toc should update

Additional Checks

• The PR targets master for a bugfix or a documentation fix, or next for a feature
• The PR includes unit tests (if not possible, describe why)
• The PR includes one or several stories (if not possible, describe why)
• The documentation is up to date
