Switch main branch name to `dev` to be consistent with other marshmallow-code projects

I just noticed this, but most of the marshmallow projects are clear of the issues around `master` as a branch name and are using `dev` as the mainline branch name.
But this project is still using `master`. I think it would be good to switch it here, unless there's any reason not to do so.
