Fill in the Starter Layout!

Hello, the tutorial says start to start with the baseline then fill it in with Shrine....
Except when you start with Baseline, there is no "Starter Layout" under the page to be replaced!
At least for me! 
What I see under my page is:
- Cover
- Getting Started
- Material Theme
- Material Components
- Symbols
Am I missing anything or is there a step missing on the tutorial?
