Steppers and Tooltip

Hi there!

I'm using Material Web for a project and, since there aren't available, I created two new components for Material Web. I'm using Lit with Material Web as reference, but you could work on them on TypeScript and add them.

The first one is a stepper. You can add your own label and eventually a description that works as a tooltip
The other one is a tooltip.

If you want I can share my code in a separate branch with a folder with this code written with Lit.

While we aren't accepting PRs for new components in this repo right now, I'm sure there are others who'd be interested in learning from your work! You're welcome to share a fork or publish the components in your own package for others to use :)
