The favicon for https://agents.md can be used, at least as a starting point.
Otherwise, the icon can be similar to the README.md icon (as AGENTS.md is described as a README for agents) but with some modifications to make it clear it's for agents (probably having the left and right brains on either side of the i?)
Additional context
AGENTS.md is a growing standard for giving instructions context to AI agents regardless of model provider, so seeing it being treated the same as any regular markdown file feels odd. CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md and copilot-instructions.md are all given file icons, so it makes sense for AGENTS.md to be given an icon as well.
