Graphic ideas

A benchmark icon for markdown files, keeping the design language of the existing folder-benchmark folder icon and the bench-ts / bench-js / bench-jsx file icons (speedometer/gauge motif).

Proposal: reuse the existing benchmark gauge shape (as used by bench-ts) recolored to the markdown blue (#42a5f5), matching how bench-js (#ffca28) and bench-ts (#0288d1) are color variants of the same gauge.

Additional context

Benchmark results / specs are commonly committed as markdown (benchmark.md, *.bench.md). Currently these fall back to the generic markdown icon, with no visual cue that they're benchmark-related — unlike the already-supported *.bench.ts/js/jsx source files.
