Different opacity and saturation for gitignore files #3489

I don't know if vscode even supports this.

Currently, the labels of the folders/files added to gitignore, gets dimmed. But the icons stay as it is. It would be better if the icons were also dimmed, which can be achieved by setting something like - opacity: 0.5 and saturation: 0.5
