This pull request adds folder icons for CMake named folder.
It is a common pattern within CMake projects to have directories titled "cmake" which contain .cmake script files associated with the containing directory. No such icons exist within the project for such directories.
This pull request adds open and closed variants for the folder icons. The colours for motive are from row2 of colour pallete and for background is hex - #455A64 as per contributing guidelines.
