Description

Adds a bench-md icon for benchmark markdown files, keeping the design language of the existing folder-benchmark folder icon and the bench-ts / bench-js / bench-jsx file icons (speedometer/gauge motif).

  • New icons/bench-md.svg — benchmark gauge shape recolored to markdown blue (#42a5f5), matching how bench-js (#ffca28) and bench-ts (#0288d1) are color variants of the same gauge.
  • Registered in fileIcons.ts:
    • file names: benchmark.md, benchmarks.md
    • file extension: *.bench.md

Closes #3482

Contribution Guidelines

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Add bench-md icon for benchmark markdown files (*.bench.md,
benchmark.md, benchmarks.md), reusing the benchmark gauge motif
recolored to markdown blue (#42a5f5) — consistent with the existing
bench-ts / bench-js / bench-jsx color variants.

Closes material-extensions#3482
