Add bench-md icon for benchmark markdown files (*.bench.md, benchmark.md, benchmarks.md), reusing the benchmark gauge motif recolored to markdown blue (#42a5f5) — consistent with the existing bench-ts / bench-js / bench-jsx color variants.
