Adds a dedicated folder icon for roadmap folders, matching the existing
roadmapfile icon (roadmap.md,timeline.md,milestones.md, …).icons/folder-roadmap.svg— canonical 16×16 folder structure (#folder+#motive), teal palette (#00897b/#b2dfdb) with the roadmap chart motif derived from the roadmap file icon.folder-roadmapinsrc/core/icons/folderIcons.tsfor folder namesroadmap,roadmaps.generateOpenFolders).Verified locally:
