• Mark optional parameters in jsdoc comments
• Caligraphic to calligraphic everywhere
• Move BBox.ts to utils directory
• Move to modern string composition
• Change MathJax to mathjax in mathjax.js
• Priorities for handlers as discussed in PR Config macros package #222
• Make annotations a dynamic menu. Possibly move these into contextmenu package. See PR A11y updates #329
• Make contexmenu a package that can be imported via a standard ES6 import.
