Comparing two questions within the moodle question form

Hi. After the Prof Network meeting, it seems that with the new changes it may be a good addition to have a functionality to compare two questions and visualise differences. This may be with two versions of a question or with an imported xml (eg from a previous iteration of a course). If this could be possible it'd be great!

@smborio we've been talking about this as part of a question bank project run by @m-r-k so sorry for the "radio silence" here, but this is likely to be provided in the future. Thanks for the suggestion, this is a valuable feature I'd like to see us have!
