Looks good.
Long term it'd be nicer to have the details local to the functions as a docblock or annotation. Are you doing it this way to keep autogenerated annotations and developer edited information separate?

@james-hill-matomo Yeah. This is my initial attempt to seed data which can't be determined automatically. I'm hoping to eliminate the need for this. |

This is related to OpenApiDocs PR 5, not CustomAlerts.
