Description

Added a plugin specific config for OpenAPI annotation generation.

This is related to OpenApiDocs PR 5, not CustomAlerts.

Looks good.

Long term it'd be nicer to have the details local to the functions as a docblock or annotation. Are you doing it this way to keep autogenerated annotations and developer edited information separate?

@james-hill-matomo Yeah. This is my initial attempt to seed data which can't be determined automatically. I'm hoping to eliminate the need for this.
