If a resolution exists in a newer release than 2023.9.10:

a) Update the Furo dependency for this docs GitHub repository to see if the issue is successfully resolved by upgrading.
b) Perform a site-wide spot check to identify any unexpected issues post-dependency upgrade that need attention.
