Hi @joebordes thanks for flagging this up and for being willing to help with updating the docs!

We are actually in the process of moving our developer docs over to a new platform, maybe you would be up for both updating this and moving it to the new location?

I have a somewhat old video which might need a bit of updating: https://youtu.be/cKQPGyUqdQY but the basics should get you going! It also includes how to install Mautic locally so if you already have that feel free to skip ahead, I made the vid for someone who was completely new to Mautic.
