Refactored property backing fields to use C# 14's field keyword, reducing boilerplate and improving clarity. Updated null checks and event handler logic with null-conditional operators. Made several properties nullable where appropriate. Exposed TableView.HeaderRow as a property and updated all references. Increased language version to C# 14 in the project file. Streamlined logic, improved code style, and fixed minor bugs.
