Require geoip2 5.2.0 for residential data

geoip2 5.2.0 has been released on Maven Central with the
AnonymizerFeed residential proxy data support. Bump the dependency
from 5.1.0 to 5.2.0 so the Anonymizer.residential field added in the
previous commit is actually populated.
