feat: Resume upload with auto-parsing for student profiles (JhaSourav07#1974)

## Description

Fixes JhaSourav07#1962

Adds resume upload with automatic parsing for student profiles. Students
can now upload a PDF or DOCX resume, and the system will extract name,
email, skills, education, and work experience for review before saving.

### Changes
- `POST /api/student/resume/upload` — accepts PDF/DOCX (max 5MB),
extracts name, email, skills, education, work experience
- `POST /api/student/resume/confirm` — saves verified parsed data to
student's profile in MongoDB
- `models/StudentProfile.ts` — Mongoose schema for student profiles
- `types/student.ts` — TypeScript interfaces for ParsedResume,
Education, Experience
- `lib/resume-parser.ts` — text extraction and regex-based parsing for
resume fields
- `components/dashboard/ResumeUpload.tsx` — drag-and-drop file upload
area with type/size validation
- `components/dashboard/ResumePreviewForm.tsx` — editable form to review
and correct parsed data
- `components/dashboard/ResumeProfileSection.tsx` — container managing
upload → preview → confirm flow
- Integrated into the dashboard left sidebar
- Graceful fallback — parsing failures let students enter details
manually
