test(StudentProfileModel-mock-integrations): verify Asynchronous Service Layer Mocking & Local Cache Stubs (Variation 9) (JhaSourav07#3121)

## Description

Closes JhaSourav07#2911

Adds the missing async service mocking & local cache stub coverage for
`models/StudentProfile.ts`. The test file verifies pending service state
overlays, local cache lookup before database retrieval, fake endpoint
timeout fallback, and complete cache sync on success callbacks.

## What changed

- Added `models/StudentProfile.mock-integrations.test.ts` with 5 test
cases covering:
  - Pending service state while loading
  - Cache check before database retrieval
  - Fallback behavior on fake endpoint timeout
  - Cache write after successful refresh
- End-to-end async service mock flow (cache miss -> db get -> cache set)
