test(StudentProfileModel-mouse-interactivity): add mouse interactivity test suite (JhaSourav07#2907) (JhaSourav07#3101)

## Description

Adds the comprehensive StudentProfile.mouse-interactivity.test.ts test
suite to verify hover triggers, tooltip coordinates, touch event
propagation, and layout overlay state transitions.

Fixes JhaSourav07#2907
