gen.py not identifying new YAML scheme?

Idk if i'm doing something wrong, but i'm trying to make a pull request for a new theme. So i added the YAML file, and at first i tried

python3 tools/gen.py -s yaml/Jetbrains\ Fleet\ Dark.yml

but then that gave the same message, so i just tried

python3 tools/gen.py -s all

...which i understand is the default? Either way, i got the same message. I'm not quite sure what it means. Is it a mistake on my part?

-s all is not valid.

Do not include the extension or directory for a single theme.

gen.py -s "Jetbrains Fleet Dark"
