Only bell icon should toggle drawer.
Added validation for name and email only, even though other fields are marked as required. Assisted-by: Cursor (used to generate regexes)

What: Only bell icon should toggle drawer. Replace drawer with notification drawer content. Updated imports to match Katie's React 19 work from last quarter.
