Good catch @matheusandre1, I would like to have this condition only to:
- Login to quay.io
- Create Docker Image
- Push Docker image
for both, whatsapp and timeless-api, WDYT?
I think we need to run tests in any repository.

The build fails at the login stage because it's a forked project and doesn't have access to the secret. I added a condition where the image build process only works for pushes and to the main repository.
