[Feature] Support devcontainer environment

What would you like?
I would like extension to support devcontainer

Why would this be useful?
Most of my projects run under devcontainer.
Host: WSL under Windows
Remote env: devcontainer (with a debian based image)

It will be useful combined with claude code usage

Possible implementation
pretty sure it should work out of the box, guess just adjust the environment compliant detection

Much more complex than what I thought, it is impossible to call powershell from devcontainer so I don't think it could be done
