Address review feedback from PR #1257 and #1258

- Fix getAnimationSettings to skip non-region keys (e.g. "anims" from
  Aseprite parser) when iterating atlas without explicit names
- Entity deprecation warning now fires only once per session via static flag
- Fix comment typo in TMXRenderer.adjustPosition (unmatched parenthesis)
- Revert canvasRenderer nulling in TMXLayer.onDeactivateEvent to avoid
  leaking event listeners registered by CanvasRenderer
- Improve hex renderer centers mutation test to verify actual center
  values instead of just comparing repeated call results
