The dev environment is creating Exhibition links that don't contain "dev."

To reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'dev.jandig.app'
2. Create an Exhibition
3. Open the Exhibition

Expected behavior
It should show a link in the format https://dev.jandig.app/EXHIBITION
