oslayer not found

Hi, I haven't used it for over two months. When I try to run it, I get this error. I update win32 and memflow and still the problem. I see https://github.com/memflow/memflow-win32/pull/14 and https://github.com/memflow/memflow/pull/136 could this be the solution?
